How does price compare to competition?

Do you charge hourly or monthly?
We charge a flat monthly fee.

Where are the VAs located?
Front office positions requiring phone contact with patients are located in Philippines. Backoffice positions that do not require contact with patients are located in India. Our Spanish speakers are located in Peru.
What will the VA work on during the trial?
The VA will work on any set of tasks that you assign to them during the trial period.
How is my VA monitored and tracked?
We track VA work hours using a time tracking software. VAs will send out daily end-of-day reports detailing start and end times along with list of tasks completed.
What equipment will the VA have?
VAs will have their own personal laptop, headset and a workstation. We will provide VPN so they can securely access your software. We will provide Google Voice and SMS numbers. You will provide company emails and credentials.
How do I get in touch with my VA?
You can reach out VAs via email, Google voice or SMS. VAs will also be available by Slack.
How is payment setup?
Payment for the month is processed at the start of each month.
Do I need a credit card to do the FREE trial?
No, we don’t need any card to be placed on file for the trial.
Do you sign a BAA agreement?
Yes, we are registered in the US and will sign a BAA for our VAs.
Are the VAs HIPAA certified?
Yes, all of our medical VAs are HIPAA trained and have to pass the certification test.
How do you ensure internet connectivity?
We mandate all VAs to have a primary and a backup internet connectivity.
What happens if my VA quits or takes leave?
We train a backup VA to take the place of VA to cover any leave or termination.
How do you ensure data privacy?
Our IT routines scans VAs desktops for malware. Also, they connect via our VPN and access via servers located in the US. VAs are trained on security guidelines. Our VAs will follow any additional safeguards your organization mandates.
How do I cancel my service?
You can notify us of the cancellation any time during the month. We ask for a week’s notice for terminations.
How do I onboard a VA?
The process is similar to onboarding a in-office staff. You would setup login to your systems and your office manager will assign tasks and do 1-2 week training to get started.
